“Selecting by origin” revisited: are labour migration policies becoming more particularistic towards source countries?

This workshop will focus on the slow but steady return of ethnic selectivity in admitting labour migrants in a number of countries, i. e. positive discrimination towards particular nationals, after decades following a more universalistic trend.
