A case study of community-based cross-sectoral crisis response to the COVID-19 pandemic: professional immigrants serving newcomers in need.

This workshop presents a case study of a community-based cross-sectoral collaboration serving immigrant communities formed to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. The conceptual framework illustrates integration of two spheres of service: crisis supports, characterised by short-term approaches, broad-based reach and general objectives; and settlement.
